Every single ISIS member needs to be tracked down and brought to justice either by being captured or killed by any means necessary. These evil monsters, pigs among men have no morals nor ethics, simply hatred and contempt plus indifference to others, butchering people just like the Germans (and Soviets/Japs did too) during WWII and it needs to stop, the world will not tolerate it for much longer.
